New, gorgeous Form UI ✨

You spoke, and we listened! With over 2,000 suggestions and valuable feedback from our amazing community, we’ve reimagined the look and feel of our forms, surveys, and quizzes to deliver a stunning, modern, and user-friendly design.

This update ensures your forms aren’t just functional but also visually impressive, helping you stand out and leave a lasting impact on your audience.

‍We’ve also updated all our templates according to these updates. We made them simpler, prettier and faster.

New layouts to the design of forms

We’ve introduced 12 brand-new layouts to give you more flexibility and creativity in designing your forms. Whether you prefer the classic all questions on the same page view or the streamlined "One question at a time" format, these layouts are designed to make your forms more engaging and intuitive.

These new layouts provide endless possibilities for customization, making it easier to align your forms with your brand and create a seamless experience for your respondents. 

Whether you’re collecting feedback, running a survey, or designing a quiz, you’ll find the perfect layout to make your content stand out.

Auto increment tracking code 

Easily track and organize submissions with the new Auto Increment Tracking Code. This feature generates a unique code that increments by 1 with each submission, simplifying your data management. 

The code can be sent via API or Webhook and referenced using Answer Piping, allowing for seamless integration into your workflows and making submission tracking more efficient than ever.

Added 3 most requested fields 

We’ve listened to your feedback and added three highly requested fields to our form builder: the Country field, the Create Section field, and the GDPR (Accept Terms and Conditions) field. 

These additions allow you to create more customized, user-friendly, and compliant forms, enhancing both the user experience and your data collection processes.

New logic rules: Conditional Webhook, Slack, Email, and Set value

With the new Logic rules, you can now send conditional notifications to your audience, your team, or yourself based on specific answers and logic rules. Whether it’s notifying the right person, segmenting your leads, or tracking behaviors, Formaloo Logic makes it easier to automate your workflow and stay on top of everything in one place.

The new Set rule allows you to "Set" the value of a field based on your customer’s choices, logic rules, or even calculations. This feature speeds up customer segmentation and ensures the right content or experience is shown to the right person at the right time.

RTL and new language support

You can now create Arabic and Persian forms with just one click to translate, making it easier to connect with a wider audience.

240% faster Chatbot

The Chatbot UI has been completely updated, making it 240% faster and lighter than before. You can now design and customize your chatbots in the same place as your forms, streamlining your workflow and creating a more cohesive experience for your users.

‍JS event listener improvements

We’ve added new event listeners to our Custom JS section, allowing you to easily integrate with tools like FB Pixel, GA4, Mixpanel, and more. 

Now, you can track every event within your forms—from answering each question to form submission and beyond—making it easier to automate and analyze user interactions.

New improved App UI

You now have the power to fully customize your apps and their pages like never before. Add images, videos, and multimedia content, and personalize your dashboards with custom fonts, page widths, covers, logos, and even custom domains. 

Tailor every detail to match your brand and design needs, creating an app experience that’s uniquely yours.

Embed third-party content

Embedding third-party content in your app just became effortless. From Google Docs and Figma designs to videos, wikis, blogs, and PDFs, you can now seamlessly integrate all types of content into your app.

Creating checklists on your pages has never been easier. Simply type /checklist on any page and voilà—your checklist is ready to go! Organize tasks, track progress, and enhance collaboration all within your app.

This eliminates the need to open additional tabs, allowing users to view and interact with documents and media directly within your app for a smoother, more cohesive experience.

Faster, beautiful data blocks & table customization ✨

We’ve updated all data blocks—including gallery view, Kanban, and charts—making them faster and more visually appealing. Plus, managing large inputs is now easier than ever. You can resize table columns and view your data in the way that suits you best.

Two-way sync for larger files with Google Sheets

Our two-way sync with Google Sheets has been upgraded for even greater efficiency. Now, you can sync your Formaloo database with your Google Sheets in real-time. Edit your data in one place, and it automatically updates everywhere. 

This enhanced integration allows you to manage your automation both inside Google Sheets and Formaloo and sync much larger sheets, making it even easier to manage your data across platforms.

Analyze files via Formaloo AI

Formaloo AI now supports file analytics for PDFs, Docs, and CSVs. You can easily upload your documents and instruct Formaloo AI to analyze, extract information, or summarize them, streamlining your data processing and making it even easier to gain insights from your files.
